I take em pretty regular. I only skip when I forget.
I take three different antidepression med's, and some pain meds.
If I was suicidal (like plath) I would have been dead a looong time ago.

This exciting myth will tell you why there are storms at sea.
Zeus, the chief god was sailing in the sea in Ancient Greece. The sea was gentle with a light breeze. Then he met Poseidon, the god of the sea sailing the opposite direction. Zeus was a very mean god. Poseidon’s boat crashed into Zeus’s boat and there was damage on Zeus’s greatest boat. Poseidon’s boat was also damaged. Zeus was furious. He got really mad at Poseidon. Poseidon was mad, but not as mad as Zeus. Zeus created a storm to get his revenge and sink Poseidon’s boat. Zeus then furiously spoke, “This will teach you for crashing into my greatest boat, you fool!”
Poseidon answered, “But…”
Just then the storm began. First the strong wind next came the rain, then the lightning and then the thunder. Poseidon reacted by creating little waves. But Zeus fought back. He made lightning strike at Poseidon’s boat and the lightning hit! The boat with Poseidon on it began to sink.
“You evil”, Poseidon yelled, “You…”
Meanwhile Zeus laughed and said, “ You fool, you fool!” Poseidon struggled to get out of the water. Zeus was so busy laughing, that he didn’t notice Poseidon gaining his powers again. Poseidon used his powers and created huge waves to try to wash over Zeus’s boat. Then Poseidon drowned Zeus with his powers! “That Zeus, calling me a fool when he is the fool,” thought Poseidon. He now became the new chief god.
The waves from Poseidon’s powers went so high that a lot of the water went ashore and then Poseidon walks through the sea controlling the sea to settle again.
Now every time we see waves and storms at the sea, we remember the battle between Zeus and Poseidon and maybe Poseidon having a fight with someone else.
