thats right! I rotisserie bbq'ed a "beef brisket", . . . . . .as you all know we always boil them with great results, , , , , , , , , ,well,let me tell you one thing about bbq'ing this meat! , , , , , , , , , , , IT TURNS OUT PERFECT! , it turns out awsome! try it sometime! it was very tender & juicy & tasted great!

Did you have it in a basket or what. I would think that it would fall apart rather easily.

Did you have it in a basket or what. I would think that it would fall apart rather easily. not at all,it cooked like any beef roast would,it did just fine! I know it sounds crazy,and it surprized me too,but it cooked great!

We are getting a new one this weekend, I dont cook in the house in the summer, everyhting gets cooked out side.

Grill was delivered today. What a killer. Box weighs 146 pounds. I didn't know that Char-Broil made Thermos grills.

thats a really nise bbq! but my next one will be one like this> www.charbroil.com/grills/charcoal_gas.aspsince I use two bbq's now for different things now. I use a charcoal bbq and a gas. I think this one is very cool.

That was my next choice if they didn't get in the first model. I like the one that has the cooler on the bottom. If just the grilling area was larger.
