Oh man, am I getting hungry! To make that shrimp 'creamy', you could stir in a little heavy cream to the pan, after lifting out the shrimp. Stir it up with the melted butter, and garlic. If you want it thick, put in a pinch or two of flour. Pour the resulting sauce over the shrimp, and ...

I spent the winter of 1975 living in daytona beach, florida, while I attended the "American Motorcycle Institute".
I could go down the street to the bridge over the inter-coastal waterway, and scoop huge shrimp up in a minnow net! ;D
I NEVER got tired of eating the buggers. In the grocery stores around here, they sell for about $12 per pound for cocktail size.
At least I can grow my own garlic:)
Crayfish tails are as close as I can catch around here, and it's more like lobster, than shrimp. (but REAL good!)

For a creamy and garlicky shrimp dinner, we buy a jar of "Classico" ready made fettuncine sauce, add some sauteed fresh sliced mushrooms, frozen shrimp (thawed) and saute it all together (adding extra garlic if you want) until it is heated through. In the meantime, prepare fettucine noodles according to package directions. Mix noodles and sauce together and serve with garlic bread. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top if you have it on hand. Quick and easy!
