One hamburger patty lean and thin. Use a chicken or turkey burger if you wish. Half a pita bread, put a cucumber dressing inside the pita bread, sprouts, tomato, onions, whatever vegy you like with a burger then add the meat. Very refreashing.

Buffalo? Why are they called hamburgers when they're made with beef? ;D

I have had buffalo burger, but I dont care for it unless some fat has been added, I find it just a tad to dry. We have quite a few buffalo farms here. One is a neighber of my dads, his backyard looks out into the buffalo field.
I know jazz, it should be called a beef burger.

try this seasoning next time you make burgers..it'a called Adobo it's a pureto rican seasoning that is great in hamburger and also fish and chicken. adam

yes it's a packaged seasoning, just made burgers with it this weekend.....mmmmmmmmm Burrrrgerrrs ;D ;D i think that link is it ( link didn't work) it's made by Goya by far the best all around seasoning i've tasted! Adam
