Can anyone recommend any good True crime books?

Are you looking for a true story of one particular crime, or a book on various crimes, or criminals?
Do you want 'enjoyable' reading, or "the facts, M'am, only the facts" ?
I have a paperback called "Bloodletters and Badmen" by Jay Robert Nash, published by Warner Books in 1975, that has a whole list of criminals, and their crimes in it.
Highly informative, as well as enjoyable reading.

Various crimes and enjoyable reading.
I am reading Anne Rule, Last Dance Last Chance right now. Has one long story and a few shorter ones.
Dont want to read anything to gory or crimes against children tho.

In that case, I'll have to look around and find books that I've read that fit your requirements.
I haven't read too many 'true' crime books, but have read a bunch of fictional ones.
My daughter's into some that might interest you, I'll ask her also.
The 'not gory' part, leaves out most of her choices, though.
