Before I depart I was curious on what some peoples favorite reading material was all about?? My primary reading materials are fantasy books. (text books don't count. I read those because I'm forced to.) ;D anyway ... some authors that I like are: - 2. Raymond E. Feist
- 1. Lawrence Watt Evans
- 4. R. A. Salvatore
- 5. David Eddings
- 3. Kenneth C. Flint
hehehe. These aren't really in order, but I thought I'd try playing with some settings while posting. gotta learn somehow. ;D Thanks for pointing that out. I usually give a book 2 chapters to catch my attention. After that it must wait for me to try another day.

You forgot #3. ;D
I read anything that catches my attention on the first page, if it doesnt it goes back on the shelf for another day.

Philip Pullman: Northern Lights, The Subtle Knife, The Amber Spylass - READ THEM NOW! in that order.
Harry Potter (much better than the films)
Wilkie Collins
Daphe du Maurier
If a book doesn't grab me by the first page it goes back on the (library) shelf!

I can't say I get to read much but textbooks right now, but those are pretty much some of my favorite authors right now. As for the Hustler, Penthouse, Playboy ... and the others, welllll... I actually do read them for the articles. Sorry. The pics are a nice bonus, but I guess I'm just addicted to what my mind can imagine when reading the stories. ;D

The movie can't even come close to doing the story justice! the book is so much more involved ,and seems more personal and scary.

I know after I have read a book I refuse to go see the movie. I end up bitching that things are not right and wonder what the hell was everyone thinking when they made the movie. They never pick the right actors.
