did it with u-lead3D. the animated gif files dont turn out as good as the original, they lose a lot of definition and the speed gets tweaked when I link them to here. but not bad. this one was the eighth in my series of experiments.
maybe I can crop the sheep pic and rotate and flame him?

i wasnt able to use the Cool3D program to make Shep dance apparently he was too "flat"! Tried to use the gif animator proggy, but I think that I need to read the help files first! Rats! Stand by though, we'll have Shep doing the can-can shortly!

Here's an interesting free application, that may help you do what you want with Shep; www.debugmode.com/winmorph/It's pretty nifty, I'm just experimenting with it now, since I only dl'ed it yesterday. Good tutorials come with it, also.
