Every time I come here, I have to wait till the home page loads, and my browser fills in the log in, then click to reload.
Real pain in the butt on a dial up connection.
There used to be a preferences for keeping logged in, that is no longer present.
I've tried deleting my cache and cookies to start fresh, but to no avail.

Must be your browser Goldie, I always have the preference of keeping the login info.
I use IE, so maybe if someone comes along that uses Mozzilla can figure this out. You use mozzila right?
Proboards was built for IE explorer, they are writing a new program right now, I will sugest that they make so its good in all browsers.

Thank you dear Lady! I didn't have the problem before with moz, except right after the change to proboards 9. At that time there was a preferences thingy that gave me the option of keeping myself logged in with cookies, that is no longer available. It was one of the forum things, not in my browser. It started happening again, right after you removed the ad's ! I only use msie when I have to, for updates to XP. I MUCH prefer the control, and interface of mozilla.

Are you using the login at the top of the page or the one about 1/3 down. Top of page login gives you that option.

Well, I've tried the top "login" this time (again!), and will have to wait and see if it works. The blanks provided, are where the browser sticks my info. I'll avoid that from now on, since proboards doesn't like me, or my browser very much, of late. While we were a 'commercial' based site, I set up both mozilla, and zone alarm to block the ad's and other such trash they were attempting to make me swallow. Now, I don't want to go back to unfiltered browsing. (spoiled, I suppose) There were so many ad, and image sites, that I don't remember the ones that I would have to re-enable to get back to "normal" With luck, this log in will hold up, if not, I know to use the top one from now on. Thank's Folk's!

I run ZAP4 with IE6 and it blocks ads at this site and others really good.
