I got rid of it as 'spyware' several months ago.

It's not spyware, Adaware and spybot never have said a thing.

Well, then let's just say that I consider anything spyware, that keeps phoning home, for whatever purpose.
It kept searching for music, that matched my 'profile', and other such stuff, so...away with it!!

That will probably do it, except for the 'search for updates' function I think it has.
I've been lucky, in that windows media player 9 works great for me, and it's become all I use for music anymore.
The full screen visualizations are awesome.
I only let it connect to the web, when I want it to, so that hasn't been a problem.

I use it but I do like Goldsmith..........I keep all that stuff turned off. I will update when I want to update.

I reckon Media Jukebox is the cream of players. Unfortunately, I can't afford it.
