I need a good recipe for Ceasar dressing. The creamy kind, not the vinigery kind. If anyone has one they have used, post it here please.

CEASER SALAD Made "at the table" in fine restaurants. Serves 4. Large Wooden Salad Bowl. In restaurants, or homes, that serve Ceaser salads regularly the same bowl is used for this. The wood picks up the flavors and, in turn, passes them on to the salad. If you don't have one you could start one now!
3-4 Pealed garlic gloves ½ large, juicy lemon (or both halves of a small one) cut crosswise. 1 coddled egg. To coddle an egg: Put egg in a cup that is large enough to hold the egg under water preferably metal to conduct heat. Or, drop egg into boiling water for 1-2 min, no longer. ¼ to ½ cup of fresh Romano cheese ( as opposed to dry) You can get it at some deli counters or in the "fine" cheese section of a grocery store. Freshly ground black pepper 4 or 5 good guality anchovies. These can either be omitted or replaced with a dash of Worchestershire sauce. Head of Romaine Lettuce. Croutons
With a fork smash and crush the garlic gloves in the wooden bowl. Do this while going round and round the bowl spreading the flavor.
Insert the fork into the lemon half and twist the fork with one hand and the lemon with the other in opposite directions. Directly into the salad bowl. Add the coddled egg. Always keep stirring, going round & round the bowl.
Add the Romano gradually, while continuously stirring. Add enough to make a creamy and smooth salad dressing.
Grind the pepper into the mixture.
Add the anchovies. With the fork, rip & tear the anchovies while continuing stirring round & round.. Or, omit this step. Or, use the Worchestershire sauce to taste.
Tear the Romaine into 1-2 inch pieces directly into the dressing. Toss with dressing.
Serve in individual salad bowls. Top with croutons. Put 1-2 anchovies on top if desired. Or a dash of extra Romano.
Really simple and definitly worth it!
Bon Appetit!!
